AutoParts GmbH is a Tier-2 automotive supplier based in Stuttgart, Germany, producing stamped and laser-cut components for major European OEMs. With 200+ employees, they process over 5,000 tons of sheet metal annually.
Their aging CO2 laser fleet was struggling to keep up with increasing order volumes and tighter delivery deadlines. Maintenance costs were escalating, and energy consumption was unsustainable. They needed to triple output without expanding floor space.
